Baptismal font probably of the 19th century consisting of an octagonal basin with vertical sides decorated with symbols or motifs [cross-shaped motifs, tracery, etc.] in small square panels; tall plain chamfered underbowl; octagonal pedestal base with fluted pattern between moulded ends; moulded lower base, octagonal as well. Plain cover. [NB: no evidence found of a church earlier than 1801 in this civil parish]
