Described in Cox (1912): "The 15th cent, granite font has IHC on the W. front [cf. infra]; bowl is square, but hexagonal internally." Noted in Pevsner (1970): "Font. C15, square, of granite." The font is described and illustrated in the Boscastle parish web site [www.boscastlecornwall.org.uk]. The font consists of a plain square basin with a hemispherical well, raised on a square pedestal base and a rectangular plinth; it is located in the S nave, just W of the entrance. One of the sides of the basin is decorated with a shield charged with a coat of arms (?). The font is noted and illustrated in the Boscastle Benefice website [http://www.boscastlecornwall.org.uk/church_stjuliot_info.htm] [accessed 17 November 2009]. It is also illustrated showing the side with the shield in A Snap in Time [http://www.caerkief.co.uk/Churches/Juliot.html] [accessed 17 November 2009]. [cf.
