Baptismal font perhaps of the Norman period consisting of a plain cylindrical basin with rounded underbowl, raised on a plain cylindrical pedestal base and a round plinth [NB: the font looks like it has been drastically cleaned or re-tooled recently]. Wooden font cover of the type with a flat round base and four ribs in cruciform arrangement; knob finial; appears modern. Not noted in Pevsner.
