Described and illustrated in Clarke (1913): "A small but good bucket-font, which has suffered at the hands of the renovator. Round the rim is a plain fillet, the lower half of which is carved into a zigzag. The font is encircled by a bold cable four inches thick. The base is modern [...]". Noted in Pevsner (1952): "Font. Norman, of tub shape, with little zigzag and cable decoration."
