Font Notes:
Baptismal font consisting of an octagonal basin raised on a pedestal and lower base of the same shape; unlike the rest of the font the basin appears either a replacement or a re-tooling of the old one at a much later date, the 19th century probably, with pronounced angles and rims, and a large late quatrefoil window on each panel. The octagonal wooden cover with knob finial is also modern. There is no mention of the font in Verey & Brooks (1999-2002).
