Noted in Verey & Brooks (1999-2002): "Font. Octagonal, C15, with plain bowl." Octagonal mounted baptismal font; the basin has plain sides that have obviously been re-tooled, as has the underbowl; the base is decorated with an octagonal moulding below which it splays out and turns from octagonal to round. Raised on a tiny octagonal plinth with kneeling stone. Flat wooden cover with metal ornamentation; appears modern.
