Noted in Parker (1855): Font, early; a plain octagon". Noted and illustrated in Knott (2008). The Historic Churches Preservation Trust mentions a "C12 font' in this church [source: 'Recent Grants' issue of the Grants Cttee. Meeting of 22 June 2004, www.historicchurches.org.uk]. The font has mouldings at the underbowl and lower base; it is otherwise plain. The wooden cover has a flat octagonal base and four raised ribs around a pivot in the traditional Jacobean manner, though the cover is probably much later.
