Baptismal font mentioned in Oursel (1994: 227) in the context of the Tournai fonts of Avesnes-le-Comte and Evin-Malmaison [cf. corresponding Index entries]: the lower base is decorated with monstruous animal heads at the angles. Listed in Palissy [ref.: PM62001169] as the base of a Tournai font of the 12th century: "Base des fonts baptismaux. Pierre de Tournay."
