Font Notes:
Baptismal font consisting of a hemispherical basin and a square pedestal base. The basin, badly damaged, has been heavily restored retaining the outline of the original damage; below the upper rim runs a band of crenellated motif; the curved sides are decorated with a stylised ribbed pattern with rose-in-a-circle motifs inserted at regular spaces all around; the square base has an Ionic capital top, the sides decorated with fluted pattern. An old carved wooden cover has been placed upside-down on the font, which impedes access to the carved details. No reference to this font found in the Catálogo Monumental de Navarra. [We are grateful to Javier Torrens, of Pamplona, Spain, for the photographs of this font]
