view of church interior - looking east

Scene Description: Source caption: "St Mary's church nave. The interior of the church is very early and very fine, thought to be inspired by Wells Cathedral. The nave and chancel arcade are C13 originally, with C16 clerestory. The East window, by Kempe, 1893, depicts six scenes from the life of Christ. A variety of impressive monuments can be seen here too."
