Noted in the Brecknockshire Churches Survey [http://www.cpat.demon.co.uk/projects/longer/churches/brecon/16871.htm] [accessed 15 November 2008]. Noted in Rees (2003): "the font dates from about 1300." The baptismal font consists of an irregular octagonal basin with vertical side and a rounded underbowl, on a short round stem; there is a circular lower base that appears modern; the whole is raised on an octagonal plinth with kneeling stone. The wooden cover is round and flat; appears modern.
