There is an entry for Dormston [variant spelling] in the Domesday survey [http://domesdaymap.co.uk/place/SO9857/dormston/] [accessed 8 October 2014], but it mentions neither cleric nor church in it. Miller (1890) writes of Dormston Chapel rebuilt in 1837 of which a 13th-century window at the west end and the "niche on which the stoup rested remains near the south door ". The Victoria County History (Worcester, vol. 4, 1924) notes: "The advowson of the chapel of Dormston was given by Peter Corbucion to the priory of Studley, [ca. 1170?] [...] None of the existing structure is of earlier date than the 14th century, to which date may be assigned the nave and the ancient parts of the north wall of the chancel. The timber west tower was probably added late in the 15th century, and a large buttress supporting the south-east angle of the nave is of the following century. [...] The church has been extensively restored in modern times and the chancel almost entirely rebuilt." Brooks & Pevsner (2007) note a "plain octagonal font, C14-C15." Described in the web site of the Parish of Inkberrow with Cookhill, Kington with Dormston at www.cofe-inkberrow.or.uk/st_peter.htm : "the present font, which is of the 15th century" [cf. Index entry for Dormston No. 1 for a fragment of a Norman font found buried under the later font in this church]
