Morris (1932) writes: "Plain cup font." Baptismal font probably of the 13th or 14th century; the octagonal basin has plain vertical sides and a tall chamfer; it is raised on a prismatic pedestal, also octagonal and plain, and a round (?) lower base. Low pyramidal wooden cover, also octagonal, decorated with a knob finial.
