Noted in Barnwell (1864). Described and illustrated in the inventory of Herefordshire (1931-1934, vol. III: 142 and pl. 57): "Font[...]: octofoiled bowl and capitals carved with stiff-leaf foliage, mid 13th-century, stem and base modern." The stem is made of eight detached columns with moulded bases and raised on a short octagonal lower base; circular plinth with kneeling stone.
