A . Huber de Hédré at donné cest pis por fair prier pour so ame" [Inscription complète : Marie . Fille . A . Huber de Hédré at donné cest pis por fair prier pour so ame (cfr brochure : Waha, son passé et son église romane)]; it also bears the date 1590 on it. Described as a baptismal font dated to the 16th century, "école mosane" in the web page of the Maison du Tourisme de Nassogne [http://maisontourisme.nassogne.marche.be] The font is from the 16th century, with heads in the style of the earlier medieval fonts of this area; there is an inscription on the basin sides, near the heads, that identifies the donor as Marie, daughter of Huber de Hédrét and the date as 1590. The cover is cauldron-shaped and appears to be made of copper; it has a locking mechanism that appears original.
