Font Notes:
In his report to the Royal Society of Antiquaries of Ireland (1893, vol. 23: 209), E.F. Hewson's refers to the visitation notes of 1731, on which bishop Tenison wrote: "The font is exposed to the air in the west end of the ruined part of the church", but by the time of Hewson's own visit in 1893, the font had totally vanished.
