Described in Castillo López (1987 c1972: 282: tub-shaped baptismal font ornamented with motifs in the Romanesque style. An inscription dates it to the 12th century [NB: it is not clear from the original text whether or not the inscription is actually carved on the font]. [NB: the only image of a font here we could locate [by Alberto García Roldán in Galicia Pueblo a Pueblo [https://galiciapuebloapueblo.blogspot.com/search?q=lestedo] [accessed 28 December 2019]] was the one outside the church, by the door: a roughly hemispherical basin on a pedestal base; it does not appear Romanesque; perhaps late-medieval].
