Listed in Brunius (1850: 497) as a baptismal font by Master Mårten. Described and illustrated in Tynell (1913-1921: 79 and pl. XXXVIII: 1) as a medieval baptismal font of the Hör group made of sandstone and painted over; roughly cylindrical basin decorated with a band of palmette motif, raised on a round pedetal base decorated with roll mouldings. Noted and illustrated in Rydbeck (1936) in her section on the Mårten master. Described in Drake (2002, 150 fn96, 184) as a Romanesque goblet-shaped baptismal font of the Hör group, one of several made by Master Mårten: "Glumslöv and Reslöv are certainly [...] by his hand, and perhaps Barsebäck too, while from the same workshop, if not by the same hand, came Kirkoköpinge, Hammarlöv and Östra Torp". Noted and illustrated in the SHM Medeltidens bildvärld [ref.: 951003F2] as a 'Mårtensgruppen' baptismal font made of sandstone in the second half of the 12th century; the font is covered in a thick oil-based paint; the basin was broken and put together again; the drain hole is rectangular and measures 10 x 8 cm. No cover present. The baptismal dish of brass is a Dutch work from 1621, described in the KMB entry [https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Reslövs_kyrka_-_KMB_-_16000200065049.jpg] [accessed 23 July 2021]: "Dopfat av mässing med driven ornering. En krönt tom sköld med rullverk, flankeras av lejon; däromkring druvklasar och bård av pipbucklor."
