Tynell (1913-1921: 78-79) informs that the medieval baptismal font from this church has disappeared, and that a(nother?) font was mentioned in the 1830 inventory without particulars of material. [Tynell (ibid.) mentions another sandstone water vessel ["vattenskärl af sandsten"] in the old church]. The antry for in the Kringla entry for Västra Strö [https://www.kringla.nu/kringla/objekt;jsessionid=64721887311868A4CA6D6A0EAC11A530?referens=raa/bbr/21400000439910] [accessed 28 July 2025] informs that a medieval baptismal font and a holy water stone that are today in Näs church are thought to originate from the Romanesque church of Västra Strö.
