Described in Berggren (2002: 174 fn42) as the remains of a Gotlandic font in this locality. The baptismal font is illustrated in a digital photograph taken 9 August 2013 by An-d, in Wikipedia [https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Rerik_Kirche_Taufstein.jpg] [accessed 28 July 2025]: a roughly hemispheric basin with the blind trefoiled arcade characteristic of this font groupis raised directly on the round splaying lower base [stem of the base lacking]. Also in this church is a second and later font illustrated in a digital photograph taken 9 August 2013 by An-d, in Wikipedia [https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Rerik_Kirche_Taufbecken.jpg] [accessed 28 July 2025]: the hexagonal basin has floriated panels that include a cherub in each, raised on a hexagonal pedestal base decorated with large leaves and a moulde lower base. This font has a cover with matching decoration.
