UIllustrated in Herman Hofberg's Nerikes gamla minnen (1868). Described and illustrated in Tynell (1913-1921: [71], figs. 15 and 16 and pl. XXXIV: 1): medieval baptismal font of the Munkarp group made of sandstone; the basin is square, of a trapezoidal shape with a narrower lower side; the upper basin side is decorated with a band of the palmette motif so typical in Skåne fonts of this period; each of the sides below is decorated with a large round arch containing a motif or symbol: Agnus Dei, interlace, etc. The base is also square, of the "girdled" type; this source gives the font at Fulltofta, also of the Munkarp group, as a cognate. Noted in Rydbeck (1936). In Drake (2002: 184). Noted and illustrated in the SHM Medeltidens bildvärld [ref.: 900519F3] as a 'palmettgruppen' baptismal font made of sandstone ca. 1200. No font cover present.
