Described in López de Silanes Valgañón (2000): plain Romanesque baptismal font of the 12th century. Described in Sáenz Rodríguez (2004), who suggests a date in the 12th century and a possible origin in the abandoned cemetery chapel [dedicated formerly to St. James?], of the same date. Described and illustrated in the Enciclopedia del románico en La Rioja (2008), which gives its original location as the 13th-century cemetery chapel [the church itself dates from the 16th or 17th century]. The font is in a poor state of conservation, covered in whitewash and cemented to the wall at the foot: "pila bautismal románica a los pies, en el lado del evangelio, que probablemente proceda de la ermita del cementerio, del siglo XII. Mide 78 cm de altura total x 92 cm de diámetro del brocal, y 23 cm de altura del pie x 55 cm de altura de la taza. De tipología en copa, consta de un grueso pie unido a la taza sin apenas diferenciación. Se parece algo a la pila de Bergasillas Bajera, que es una degeneración suya. Su estado de conservación es muy deficiente, ya que está encalada en blanco y unida con mortero de cemento a la
pared de la iglesia por la zona del pie, que se encuentra también totalmente cementado."
