Baptismal font of the late 16th century, dated by an inscription tp 1587 (?) [NB: the third digit appears to be an "8"; perhaps a "6"?]. The hemispherical basin has an ornamental band on the upper basin side between two thin mouldings, mostly with diamond and square motifs, but also including the inscription date; the rest of the basin and underbowl side is covered in a stylised ribbed pattern. The basin is painted in two colours: the bacgound is green and the motifs are brown. The base consists of a conical pedestal, plain except for roll mouldings at top and bottom, and a small and short quadrangular lower base or plinth, also plain.
