Baptismal font dated in Dehio (1991) to the 13th century. It consists of a hemispherical basin mounted on a pedestal base. The upper side of the basin bears a Latin inscription all around; sandwiched between two rope motifs are a series of incised secant circles that make up quatrefoil motifs all around; the underbowl is decorated with a row of circular motifs. The base appears plain except for a rope motif around its middle. [We are grateful to E.J. Erpelinck, of Sas van Gent, The Netherlands, for the information on and image of this font]
