Baptismal font in the Chiesa di S. Michele Arcangelo of the Abbazia delle Lamole; the font, which may be of a composite nature, consists of a plain hemispherical basin raised on a square pedestal decorated with a Greek cross on the front side; this base appears to have belonged elsewhere originally. The font has a polygonal wooden cover topped with a figure finial of St. John the Baptist [We are grateul to Montserrat Estela, of Barcelona, Spain, for bringing this font to our attention]
