Described in the Enciclopedia del románico [www.romanicodigital.com/sites/default/files/pdfs/files/HUESCA_Lecina.pdf] [accessed 21 June 2021]: "Cabe señalar también la existencia de una pila bautismal de piedra, monolítica, ubicada en un pequeño baptisterio bajo el coro. Se trata de un gran contenedor circular encastrado en el muro, con tapa de madera y decorado en su frente con un relieve en forma de cruz patada inscrita en un círculo."
