The entry for this church in the Enciclopedia del románico [https://www.romanicodigital.com/sites/default/files/pdfs/files/HUESCA_Ainsa.pdf] [accessed 27 July 2022] mentions a crude Romanesque font: "Bajo el coro, en la esquina suroccidental de la nave, una tosca y sencilla pila bautismal románica de forma circular." On-site notes: medieval baptismal font, probably of the Romanesque period; monolithic hemispherical basin devoid of ornamentation except for a faint line marking the underbowl on the outside; it rests directly on the ground; there appears to have a centre drain but it now plugged.
