V**: 583): Romanesque baptismal font consisting of a hemispherical basin raised on a cylindrical pedestal base, both plain; the two are mounted on a square plinth/lower base decorated with ball motif at the angles [NB: the CMdeN does not explain the presence of a Romanesque font in a church dated to the late 16th century with no mention made of an earlier church on this site] [cf.
