Described in the Catálogo Monumental de Navarra (1990?-, vol. V*: 192): baptismal font consisting of a medieval basin raised on a modern base; the basin is hemispherical and decorated with four ribs; the stem of the base is described as modern; the lower base is square. On-site notes: the font is kept in a chapel that appears to occupy the space beneath the western tower; a float is stored on it, which makes access to the interior of the basin very difficult. The font consists of a rounded roughly hemispherical basin with very pronounced rib-like protrusions at 90-degree angles; two side of the underbowl are damaged, one of which appears to have had a sizeable chunk chiselled off, probably to make it fit into a tight spot at some point; base as indicated above. The wooden cover is modern. We were not able to gather any further information on the font from the locals. [cf. Index entry for Arbizu No. 2 for a font?/stoup? at the nearby Ermita de S. Juan]
