Octagonal baptismal font of the 16th century decorated with dolphins and foliage noted and illustrated in Michelland (2016). The Observatoire du Patrimoine Religieux [http://www.patrimoine-religieux.fr/eglises_edifices/27-Eure/27325-Hecmanville/179189-EgliseSaint-Just] [accessed 21 August 2017] mentions a baptismal among the "éléments remarquables" of this church. The font consists of an octagonal basin decorated with a band that alternates dolphins and foliage motifs on the basin sides, a band of foliage at the lower edge of the basin, and another such on the pedestal base, between mouldings; on a narrow round plinth. The wooden cover is octagonal, plain a nd flat, and appears modern.
