Described in the Catálogo Monumental de Navarra (1990?-, vol. IV**: 136) and in Domeño (1992: 183): medieval baptismal font; cylindrical basin with hemispherical underbowl raised on a cylindrical pedestal base and a circular lower base/plinth, all plain except for the roll moulding across the lower side of the basin; the inner well of the basin is partitioned, but the partition is modern. A 24 May 2014 visit by Mikel Unanue [e-mail of 17 July 2016] to BSI] found the basin of the font covered in modern paint, the paint can and brushes still inside the inner well of the font; it appears that the painter who was doing the wainscoting of the nave just got carried away and painted the basin of the font using the same colour and paint, leaving the corpus delicti inside the font ["Mit der Dummheit kämpfen Götter selbst vergebens"]. There is a wall-mounted holy-water stoup in the nave that may be late-Gothic but it is not listed in the CMdeN [cf. supra] description.
