Described in the Catálogo Monumental de Navarra (1990?- , vol. V*: 62); described and illustrated in Domeño (1992: 172 and pl. 192): medieval baptismal font; the large hemispherical basin is totally plain an stands on an octagonal base topped with a lovely leaf capital. The contrast of the two parts is quite marked and suggests the composite nature of this arrangement; the basin might belong to the date of the original building [ca. 1200] whereas the capital would fit more appropriately with the renovations done in the 14th and 15th centuries. Plain wooden lid, obviously modern. The lower part of the stem of the base is hidden in the raised flooring. [We are grateful to the Institución Príncipe de Viana and photographers Larrión & Pimoulier, all of Pamplona, Spain, for the image of this font]
