Baptismal font of the Gothic period illustrated in Sciurie (2000: 67): octagonal chalice-shaped font; the basin is octagonal with a hemispherical overall shape; a flat mouilding at the upper rim; each side of the basin and undebowl is ornamented with a Gothic trefoil window that contains a large fleur-de-lis motif in it; the base consists of an octagonal pedestal with a centre-ring protrusion, also octagonal, and a splayed lower base in the same shape; above the centre ring each side of the pedestal is ornamented with a round window containing a trefoil motif; below the ring each side has also a Gothic motif on it; the ring itself is decorated with a number of graded mouldings, as is the lower base. A flat wooden lid, apparently modern, covers the basin.
