Described in the Catálogo Monumental de Navarra (1990?- , vol. II**: 367); described and ilustrated in Domeño (1992: 167 and pl. 188): medieval baptismal font; hemispherical basin decorated with a thick roll moulding on the side followed by a rope moulding below; the inside well of the basin has been divided at a later date creating two halves: one has the original depth and hemispherical shape; the other has been filled and now has three smaller receptacles for the holy oils, etc.; there is one iron staple still in the upper rim from the old cover hardware. The base is capital-shaped -quadrangular at the top and cylindrical at the bottom; the upper volume is ornamented with human heads at the corners, plus a human face on each side between the corner heads; the lower cylindrical volume is thinner and plain except for a roll moulding about half-way down [NB: there may be a lower base buried under the boards of the raised church floor].
