Described and illustrated in Catalunya romànica (1984- , vol. XX: 486-487): probably a holy-water stoup, rather than a font, made up of two separate parts; the basin is bucket-shaped with roll mouldings at the top rim and the bottom level, the sides ornamented with a lower row of leaves and the rest with floral and/or plant motifs; the base, about which some different views are held [cf. Author notes below] has three distinctive volumes: the lower part is plain and quadrangular, with chamfered angles; the stem proper is cylindrical and divided into two halfs, the lower of which is decorated at top and bottom by roll mouldings, whereas the upper has foliage motif carved all around; atop this is a row of protruding leaf motifs; the top of the piece is quadrangular with four protruding leaf motifs, each at the angle; between them foliage motif similar to the band on the stem. Both pieces are dated in the different source between the 10th and 11th century.
