Described in the Catálogo Monumental de Navarra (1990?- , vol. V**: 99) and in Domeño (1992: 159): medieval baptismal font, probably of the 14th or 15th century; hemispherical basin ornamented with ribbed pattern all around; the stem of the base is a short polygonal column topped by a capital believed to have originated in the portal of the old church; the former capital (?) has a lion hunting scene on it, with at least one hunter armed with a spear; the lower base may be buried in the present flooring. Tallish font cover of wood, of the rim-buffet type, with two of the decorated panels opening on the east side giving access to the interior. [NB: 18th-century holy-water stoup by the door - not separately listed in this Index]
