Described and illustrated in the Catálogo Monumental de Navarra (1990?- , vol. IV*: 223 and pl. 310) as a holy-water stoup dated to 1553 by an inscription [cf. Inscription area below]; the basin is hemispherical with a round moulding at the upper rim, below which runs the inscription in large capital letters; the underbowl is decorated with ribbed pattern all around. The stem of the base is polygonal (appears octagonal, a square volume with chamfered angles).
