Described in Catalunya romànica (1984- , vol. VI: 510) as a Romanesque font, possibly an 'oil font' ["pica d'oli"], of the late 12th century; it is plain and roughly hemispherical; the upper basin shows two depressions where the font cover hardware would have been fitted.
