Baptismal font dated by an inscription to 1422, from the workshop of a Florentine school akin to Lorenzo Ghiberti; the font is octagonal and has the following scenes: 1)Agnus Dei; 2)Jesus as pilgrim (?); 3)Madonna and Child; 4)St. Martin; 5)Baptism of Christ; 6)St. Michael; 7)foliated cross; 8)cherub. It carries an inscription around the upper side of the basin, which informs that the font was commissioned in 1422 by the Compagnia della Vergine Maria. The font is made of white Carrara marble. ["Il Fonte Battesimale del secolo XV, è di forma ottagonale di marmo bianco di Carrara e su ciascuna faccia presenta bassorilievi racchiusi in formelle quadrilobate che rappresentano: un Agnus Dei, Gesù Pellegrino, la Vergine col Bambino, S. Martino, il Battesimo di Gesù, S. Michele Arcangelo, una Croce lavorata a fogliame, una testa di Cherubino. Le gira intorno nella cornice la scritta: "Questa fonte o fodina hanno fatto fare gli operai della Compagnia della Vergine Maria. Anno MCCCCXXII".
