Described and illustrated in Dourad (2002: 60) as a holy-water stoup located at the north entrance; the hexagonal object is of the type built around and as part of the partition column of the the entrance, one in which the descending pillar appears to rest in the centre of the basin; unlike many such, however, this one has a canopy right above it -also part of the column. Both the stoup and the canopy are ornamented with Gothic crocketed arches with equally adorned pinacles [NB: at least one of the internal sides of the basin appears to have had its ornamentation chiseled off, or never finished]. Douard (ibid.) informes that this part of the church was done between 1420 and 1430.
