Font Notes:
An old monolithic baptismal font or stoup; the cylindrical basin is ornamented on one side with a kneeling (?) figure stretching its arm toward an angel with the wings folded; also on the sides: an angel with open wings, a bird passant to the left; a moulding separates the basin from the pedestal base [reported in the source as being in the Museo di Arte Sacra di Vicchio; without provenance [cf. infra] -- source with illustration of the object: http://w3.newnet.it/filo/articoli/culturastoria/arte/musei/museovicchio.htm].
