Described and illustrated in the Catálogo Monumental de Navarra (1990?- , vol. V**: 156 and pl. 145) and in Domeño (1992: 54, 167 an pl. 50): baptismal font of the early 13th century; the hemispherical basin is ornamented with slightly torsaded ribbed pattern all around except at the upper basin side of the front, where a band of hexagons and circles mix containing floral, star and cross motifs; at the extremes and in some of the small gaps between the motifs are tiny cross, star, bar motifs neatly carved. The octagonal pedestal has some (?) of the sides ornamented with a variety of motifs of which the following are visible: [L->R]: 1) a geometric motif similar to some of the ones found on the upper basin side; 2) Tree of life; 3-4) a sketchy Crucifixion with Christ on the cross in the left panel and Mary (?) on the right; the artist/artesan has crossed Christ's right foot over the left in this scene; 5) eight-point star. A flat wooden cover appears on the font in the ca. 1943 image source from the Archivo Uranga, but is no longer on the font in the ca. 1992 photograph
