Illustrated in Baldotto & Paolillo (2004) as a baptismal font [probably of a composite nature]. The second of two baptismal fonts from the old Jesuit mission; described in the source as "patrimonio único de la humanidad" [source: http://www.taller.org.ar/expedicion/presa_lat_der.htm] [another such dated ca. 1706 is recorded in Trinidad del Parana].
