Listed in Listed in Palissy [ref.: PM86000232] [NB: the entry contans the references to images of the two stoups in this church. Illustrated in Mémoire [ref.: OA086_20238601041]. Mentioned in Le Patrimoine des communes de la Vienne (2002, v.1: 154) as one of two holy-water stoups, originally from the 12th century (?) but finished with ornamentation in the 17th century by the local abbé Olivier Siret; no other information is given in the source about this one, on the right side as one enters the nave. This stoup is monolithic polygonal [hexagonal?] tapering towards the bottom; the inner well is round; of the three visible sides in the source two of them are inscribed, one of the sides bearing a shield-like symbol above the inscription, the next side to the right with a Maltese cross at the top.
