Petites croix gravées. Cuve de forme oblongue à bassin unique. Pierre peinte [...] Au fond de la nef de l'église, à gauche en entrant." Illustrated in Mémoire [ref.: AP91W01790]. Described and illustrated in the Patrimoine des communes... l'Essonne (2002, v. 2: 647) as a medieval oval mounted baptismal font; the font appears roughly oval, with pointed ends, and with very plain ornamentation: just a moulding at top and another at the bottom of the besin; the base retains the same shape but is a little narrower [Flohic ref.: 91220905]. [NB: the same source, v. 2: 643, describes a font in Champmotteux as being similar to the one at nearby Brouy]
