Vista frontal de una pila bautismal románica con decoraciones en la basa"; a detailed photograph of the base in the same source identifies a mascaron on each corner of the lower base: "la basa de la pila bautismal románica; presenta cuatro mascarones en cada uno [sic] de los ángulos y fuste liso". Described in Bilbao (1994: 115) as a medieval baptismal font; ornamentation only on the lower base. Bilbao (ibid.) cites entry in López de Guereñu. Listed and illustrated in the entery for this church in the Enciclopedia del románico [https://www.romanicodigital.com/sites/default/files/pdfs/files/alava_EGILETA.pdf] [accessed 27 July 2024]: "Se conserva bajo el coro la pila bautismal, de copa lisa sobre pilar cilíndrico sin decorar, pero con una basa con motivos incisos, geométricos o vegetales dentro de semicírculos, así como cuatro mascarones en las esquinas."
