Baptismal font listed and illustrated in López de Guereñu [https://photo.araba.eus/s/photoaraba/item/66001] [accessed 1 August 2024]: "Pila bautismal de la iglesia de San Esteban de Anda. Vista frontal de una pila bautismal románica; es muy sencilla y no presenta motivos decorativos de relevancia". Described in Bilbao (1994: 108) as a plain medieval baptismal font; Bilbao (ibid.) cites entry in López de Guereñu. The font consists of a plain roughly hemispherical basin raised on a round pedestal base and a round-to-square lower base; the lower base has some decoration on it and the stem of the base has roll mouldings at both ands. The wooden cover is round, flat and plain; appears modern. The entry for this church in the Enciclopedia del románico [https://www.romanicodigital.com/sites/default/files/pdfs/files/alava_ANDA.pdf] [accessed 24 June 2024] does not mention a font in it.
