Baptismal font listed and illustrated in López de Guereñu [https://photo.araba.eus/s/photoaraba/item/45305] [accessed 8 August 2024]: "pila bautismal de estilo románico". Described in Bilbao (1994) as a baptismal font of the Romanesque period; the basin is ornamented with quadrangular motifs while the base shows incised concentric circles. Bilbao (ibid.), who puts Ajarte in Alava, cites entry in the Catálogo Monumental de la Diócesis de Vitoria. There is no mention of the font in the entry for this abandonded church in the Enciclopedia del románico [https://www.romanicodigital.com/sites/default/files/pdfs/files/burgos_AJARTE.pdf] [accessed 8 August 2024]
