Described in the Catálogo Monumental de Navarra (1990?- , vol. V**: 417): medieval baptismal font; plain hemispherical basin raised on a pedestal that is square at top and bottom, with a cylindrical stem on which is carved a zigzag moulding between two parallel roll mouldings; the lower square part has ball motifs at the angles. On-site notes: the hemispherical basin is practically plain and very worn, the only ornamentation appears to be and incision running on the upper basin side parallel to the upper rim; the basin is raised on a slender column ornamented with two roll mouldings and zigzag or diagonal mouldings; the column is round but its upper and lower ends are square. It could very well be a composite font. The flat wooden cover is modern. [We are grateful to Javier Torrens, of Pamplona, Spain, for the image of and notes on this font]. cf.
