Listed in Calderón Escalada (1971) as a noteworthy baptismal font of the Romanesque period. The font consists of an almost conical (inverted) basin decorated with a single roll moulding at the upper rim, and a series of round arch-heads around the lower end; a Latin cross incised on one of the sides is probably a later addition; the inner well of the basin has a pattern of concave ribs, which is probably an indication to a later date that assigned [cf. supra]; there are is a single metal staple remaining in the upper rim from an old cover; there is damage to the upper rim; the base is a short and plain cylindrical stem.
